Terms and Conditions Aburogel

1 Eligibility & Account Registration

To use the aburogel platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration. aburogel does not allow anyone under the legal age to use our services under any circumstances.
• Is a private individual registering for personal use, not on behalf of a company or other entity.
• Acting in your own personal capacity and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of a third party.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited from using wagering services under local law.
• Only holding one account only at aburogel. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Aburogel reserves the right to verify your identity at any time through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Documents that may be requested include your identity card, passport, or other supporting documents.

2 Account Holder Responsibilities

Your aburogel account is exclusively for your own use. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs within your account, regardless of whether it was carried out by you directly or not.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your password and login details confidential. Aburogel strongly encourages the use of a strong password (combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in your account settings.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Contact aburogel support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Aburogel will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on aburogel. Owning multiple accounts to obtain duplicate bonuses or circumvent restrictions violates these terms. If aburogel detects multiple account ownership, all related accounts may be closed and balances may be forfeited.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on aburogel, whether deposits or withdrawals, are subject to the policies and limits set by the platform from time to time.

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount is RM 20 for most payment methods.
• Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Aburogel does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply separate charges.
• Deposited funds must come from a legitimate source and be in your own name.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to an account that has been KYC-verified.
• Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes for regular members and as fast as 5 minutes for VIP members.
• Aburogel reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding certain limits.

4 Bonuses, Promotions, and Special Offers

Aburogel offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions stated on the relevant promotions page, and those conditions form part of these terms.

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before wins derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The value of these requirements is clearly stated in each offer.
• Validity Period: Bonuses have a set validity period. Unused bonuses will expire automatically once the period ends.
• Bonus Wagering Limit: While using a bonus balance, a maximum wagering limit per round or per bet may apply. Wagering beyond this limit while using a bonus may result in wins being voided.
• One Bonus Per Individual: Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is limited to one claim per individual, per household, per IP address, and per device.

5 Game and Wagering Rules

All games available on the aburogel platform are conducted in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers and are overseen by aburogel to ensure fairness and transparency.

Game Results

All game results on aburogel are final once a round is complete. aburogel uses a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) verified by independent international testing bodies to ensure every game is fair. Any complaint regarding a game result must be submitted within 24 hours of the game ending.

Sports Betting

All Sports Betting is accepted based on the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Odds may change before a bet is accepted. Aburogel reserves the right to void bets if there is a technical error or exceptional circumstance affecting the integrity of the event.

Technical Disruption

In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, aburogel will use server records to determine the outcome of any affected bets. aburogel is not liable for losses caused by internet connection issues on the user's end.

6 Prohibited Activities and Usage Restrictions

Use of the aburogel platform for the following activities is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action and immediate account closure:

• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity using an aburogel account.
• Fraud, including the use of stolen or unauthorized credit cards or payment information.
• Use of automated software or tools (bots) to play games or manipulate the aburogel system.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting technical bugs or system loopholes for unauthorized gain.
• Threats or harassment directed at aburogel staff or other users on the platform.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person or using false identity information.

7 Account Closure and Suspension

Closure by User

You may close your aburogel account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, ensure all bonus wagering requirements have been met and there are no pending active bets. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal once the review is complete.

Closure by Aburogel

Aburogel reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if:

• The user violates any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• There is suspicious activity that requires further investigation.
• The user is unable to meet the requested KYC verification requirements.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, aburogel reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with that activity while an investigation is conducted.

8 Liability Limits and Disclaimer

The aburogel platform is provided "as is" without any specific warranties. Aburogel does not guarantee that the platform will always operate without interruption or technical errors.

To the extent permitted by law, aburogel is not liable for:

• Losses arising from service disruptions beyond our control, including third-party infrastructure failures.
• Exact betting outcomes, as all games involve elements of chance that cannot be predicted.
• Financial losses arising from the user's own betting decisions.
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

Aburogel's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the actual deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

Aburogel takes the protection of your personal data seriously. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

By using the aburogel platform, you agree that we may collect and process your personal data for the following purposes:
